never thought of it before and maybe it is an age thing or part of the getting older phase of life when you start to see those angels of your youth, the creative pioneering nova force, starting to fade and die.

and barrett. very much barrett. not to knock the younger generation, for the music that they produce is every bit the equal of what went before, but they are only following in a tradition. these guys made the tradition and we will never see their like again.
shine on all those crazy diamonds and thank fuck i was able to lay claim to having lived through that amazing time.
